Michael Holz presented the results of the study "Influence of administrative bur-dens on the cross-border posting of employees by SMEs in border regions" at the European Committee of HANDWERK Baden-Württemberg meeting at the end of November. The study revealed that border-region entrepreneurs prefer harmonising national posting rules and procedures more. Bureaucracy is seen as disproportionate, particularly concerning short and short-term postings to neighbouring countries.
