Prof. Dr. Friederike Welter presented her latest findings on context research at the 81st hybrid Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM). The conference organisers had previously published an interview with the IfM President on YouTube. She also participated in the Mid-Career Consortium, which aims to support young academics.
AOM took place virtually this year. Nevertheless, more than 9,500 researchers and scholars participated. Next year, the AOM is planned as a hybrid event in Seattle/USA. Main theme will be "Creating a Better World Together".
