Economic history can be used to derive important aspects for the development of entrepreneurship and also for the future training of managers. Prof. Dr Friederike Welter (IfM Bonn/University of Siegen) presented her research results at the USC Greif Symposium on Humanistic Approaches to Entrepreneurial Learning in Los Angeles in mid-October.
The two-day symposium took place as a hybrid event. The aim of this symposium was to collectively reimagine entrepreneurship education through the development and application of humanistic perspectives.
