Prof Dr Dr h.c. Friederike Welter (IfM Bonn/University of Siegen) has been appointed as a member of the Ludwig Erhard Foundation. The foundation promotes regulatory principles in politics, business and society and manages Ludwig Erhard's archive. The total number of foundation members is limited to 90 persons.
Every year, the foundation awards the Ludwig Erhard Prize for economic journalism and the Ludwig Erhard Medal for services to the social market economy.
