Digitisation in SMEs and the craft trades – Impulses for the use of smart services and artificial intelligence", Dr. Christian Schröder provided answers to these questions in his keynote speech.
The conference was organised by the joint research project Digivation. The aim of the joint project is to accelerate the digital transformation of the German economy with the help of service innovations.
