Nearly 53 % of all new businesses in the liberal professions are founded by women. The number of start-ups is particularly high in university cities such as Berlin, Leipzig or Cologne.
Peter Kranzusch came to this conclusion in his presentation "Gründungen in Freien Berufen - Chancen für Frauen" (Start-ups in the Liberal Professions - Opportunities for Women), which he gave at the web convention "Frauenensache: Gründen" (Women's Business: Start-ups) in mid-February.
