Federal Minister of Economics Katherina Reiche has appointed Professor Friederike Welter (IfM Bonn/University of Siegen) as a member of the SME Advisory Board at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE).
The SME Advisory Board analyses the situation and perspectives for the Mittelstand. It advises the Federal Minister on current challenges, particularly with regard to future innovation and competitiveness in a constantly changing international environment. In addition, it analyses the influence of current economic policy measures on the economic situation of the SMEs.
