Participation in external events What influences the entrepreneurial competence of sons

Does the self-perception of sons' entrepreneurial skills suffer when parents do things for their children that they could do themselves? According to research by Dr. Stefan Schneck, this is the case.

He presented the results of his study "Interference in children's affairs: An exploratory study about the role of self-employed parents", at end of October in the "Family at Midday" format of the German Youth Institute. The article has been published in the Journal of Business Venturing Insights.
