Germany is home to the most Hidden Champions in the world. To maintain their market leadership, they have to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) applications and technologies into their business models. Based on a business survey, the chartbook depicts the extent to which Hidden Champions meet the requirements for the use of AI and ultimately apply AI, while also drawing a comparison with industrial non-hidden champions.
