How do companies remain capable of acting even in difficult times? What characterizes resilient companies? How can artificial intelligence help tackle the shortage of skilled workers? At the RKW Hessen-Jahrestagung in Rüsselsheim in early September, Dr Siegrun Brink and Dr Jonas Löher provided answers to these questions. Their findings show that entrepreneurial resilience is not just about overcoming crises. Rather, it is crucial to learn from crises, further develop structures and business models, and make targeted use of new technologies to ensure future viability in the long term.
As artificial intelligence is also increasingly changing job profiles, the demand for suitably qualified employees is rising. Consequently, vocational training programmes, degree courses and further education programmes must be adapted promptly to meet these new staffing challenges.
