To date, no estimate or survey provides reliable information on how many of the companies in the construction industry are facing succession in the coming years or the specifics of the succession process in the construction industry. A representative company survey of all companies in the construction industry across Germany was conducted to fill these research gaps. A total of 2,608 construction companies took part in the survey.
